Parent Teacher Conferences Information
Hello Lineville Families,
We believe that our students’ successes are a direct result of the collaboration between home and the school. Parent/teacher conferences are a time for us to come together to collaborate and ensure our students are learning and growing. This communication serves to inform you of our parent/teacher conference format.
Parent/Teacher Conference Format Details:
Conference dates will be October 25th and 27th, in the evenings. If you are unable to schedule a conference on one of those evenings, teachers will arrange a different time to meet with you. Our goal is to meet with all parents.
In-person Conferences and Virtual Conferences will be offered. Please do your best to start and end each conference on time.
Virtual Conferences will be held through Google Meet video conferencing. You are welcome to use your child’s device to access Google Meet.
Prior to the conference, the teacher will send you a Google Meet link or code to use for the virtual conference. If you do not check the box for virtual conference on the sign-up, you will not receive a link and we will assume that you are attending the conference in-person.
When it is your time to meet, just click on the link or enter the access code and you will be able to talk with your child’s teacher(s) regarding his/her progress and how you can continue to support learning at home.
We will use SignUp Genius to schedule conferences. Please click here to access the SignUp Genius. SignUp Genius will be live from October 17th through October 24th. If you miss this sign-up window you can still schedule a conference by calling our main office at 662-7871.
As a school community, we are thankful for everything you are doing to support your child. Together, we will continue our commitment to nurture a quality education.
Sincerely,
Kate Malcore, Associate Principal
